I loved prime location and useful staff. One of the best view, a lovely balcony, very clean bed, too. True 3-star experience, efficient service. Gorgeous garden outside. There was a comfortable restaurant with delicious meals.
Air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Kind staff, central location and huge room. It was nice having an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. The breakfast had a wide array of options and included muffins, scrambled eggs and hot waffles. Late check out too.

The breakfast was hot, the staff was outstanding, the grounds were fairly clean. Central location. Also, we could visit ey centre event venue, it was 5 minutes' drive away. The smooth check-in process too. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish, would recommend.

It was fine time in Ottawa. The property was clean and comfortable and the location was favourable. The service was outstanding, all people working there were funny. Bottled drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise. In the restaurant they served Mexican cuisine dishes.

perfect base for 1 night. the hotel was well-kept, the bed was comfortable. an ergonomic chair, an iron and cable channels were available in our queen room. furthermore, they had free wifi. we were 200 metres away from a & w, that offered quick meals.

The Royal Oak, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. Perfect base for a holiday in Ottawa! It is next to the airport...
